We know how important it is to keep your data safe. We do not share your details with third parties in any way unless required to by law. We keep our databases contained within our own systems and all the personal data we process is processed by our staff in the UK – however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance some of this information may be located on servers within the European Union. We obtain data from individuals who have either contacted us directly for enquiries, quotes or orders, or contacts we have approached and where there has been explicit interest in our services.
Why do we need it?
We collect data just to stay in touch. Our main form of communication is email, averaging one email per quarter. Where possible we also collect postal addresses and phone numbers in case we need to contact you another way. Other details on our database are your salutation, job title and the name of your company. Please let us know if you would prefer any of these details not to be kept on our records here. You have the right to message us about this at any point.
How long we keep it?
We retain records until they are requested for removal by the individual or if we are notified that our communications are no longer being received (e.g. the recipient has left the company). Please allow 2-3 working days for details to be removed or amended. Any manual or automated decision making we conduct will be in the interests of our customers, allowing only the most relevant emails to land in your inbox.
